Our Story

After more than 20 years working in and around IT hiring — at staffing agencies, in-house talent teams, and as consultants to growing businesses — our founders kept running into the same problems. Job boards were flooded with unqualified applicants. Applicant tracking systems buried good candidates. Small businesses without dedicated HR teams were left to fend for themselves.

We built DreamJob.Today to address those problems head-on. Instead of a traditional job board where employers wade through hundreds of applications, we built a candidate-centric platform where employers define what they need and we surface candidates who genuinely fit — and candidates decide whether to engage.
